Indigenous Cooperative Survey
The focus of this survey is to identify potential reforms on Arizona & New Mexico tribal, state and/or federal law policy, and regulations on cooperative development on reservations.
If you are part of, or in the process of forming an agricultural, livestock cooperative (producer cooperative) or another similar type of agricultural/livestock business, please complete survey questions 1-15.

If you are interested in starting an agriculture or producer cooperative, involved in an agriculture program, funder, and a Native American farmer or rancher, please take this short survey to provide valuable input on the challenges of starting an agriculture cooperative on Arizona or New Mexico tribal land, please complete survey questions 18-31.
